Yes, players are experiencing login and disconnection issues with the game server. You can check for any scheduled maintenance here. It is possible that game servers are down for backend server maintenance.
The Cycle Frontier Maintenance Time
Update: – The game devs are looking into the issue with The Cycle error cod 6 and “Matchmaking Error”.
November 22, 2022 – Server maintenance at 9 AM CEST / 3 AM EDT / 12 AM PDT / 6 PM AEDT and is expected to last around 3 hours.
November 9, 2022 – Server maintenance at 9 AM CEST / 3 AM EDT / 12 AM PDT / 6 PM AEDT and is expected to last around 3 hours.
October 15, 2022 – Regarding to the current Server issue, a maintenance start at 19:19 PM CEST / 13:19 PM EDT / 10:19 AM PDT. The down time will last for about 1 hour.
Update: The game devs found some problems that need time to solve in the process of dealing with server issues, so the maintenance time needs to be extended.
October 11, 2022 – The servers will go offline at 11:00 AM CEST / 5 AM EDT / 2 AM PDT / 8 PM AEDT and is expected to last around 3 hours.
October 5, 2022 – A maintenance at 11 AM CEST / 5 AM EDT. Duration: About 3 hours. Read Hotfix 2.1.0 patch notes.
Update: The maintenance is extend for roughly another hour. If all goes well, it should be even shorter than that. Expect us to be back around 3 PM CEST / 9 AM EDT.
