Nioh 2 patch 1.14 is now available for download released for PS4 players. According to Nioh 2 1.14 patch notes, the latest update added various quality of life changes and bug fixes. Apart from this, Nioh 2 1.14 also includes stability and performance improvements.
Previously, a big update added “The Tengu’s Disciple” DLC and various tweaks, balancing and bug fixes. Recently, a minor hotfix was also released.
Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues when trying to play the game. Nioh 2 patch 1.14 will fix a few of these issues.

What is new in Nioh 2 patch 1.14?
New
- Added a picture scroll in which enemies and bosses appearing in “Ushiwawa Senki” at the “Hyakuki Nocle Emaki Shura” available in the difficulty “Dream Road of Shura”.
Adjustments
- For the equipment available when defeating an enemy in the difficulty “Dream Road of Shura”, adjust the following
- The rate of appearance of special effects that do not appear in the blacksmith’s “re-baking” is adjusted up.
- For a randomly determined range of special effects numbers, raise the lower limit and adjust it up to make it easier for the upper limit to appear.There is no change in the upper limit itself.
- When the “bounce fishing bottle” is put out from the second stage of the fast attack of the upper stage, it is adjusted so that it is easy to hit the enemy.
- The special effects that are activated during youkaiization are changed to be activated during the youkaiization battle from the success of the special skill.
- In the special effect [reflection of the arrow bullet in the last minute guard], specification change so that some jump tools other than the bullet can also be reflected
The object that can be reflected is the same as the sword Kama martial art [Yingten blade] and yin and yang surgery [Kaze point] - Adjust each reward (Amrita money) of “Kake-don” and “Nuppefufu” down
