According to the official Helldivers 2 version 1.006.301 patch notes, the latest update resolves several crashes tied to display mode changes, vehicle customization, large lobby vehicle pattern counts, and hosting the Conduct Geological Survey mission. Additionally, Helldivers patch 1.006.301 also fixes voice chat after rejoining a lobby and prevents new players from getting stuck on their first mission.

Crash Fixes
- Fixed a crash that occurred when switching between fullscreen and windowed display modes.
- Resolved a crash while cycling through vehicle customization options.
- Fixed a crash triggered by button inputs in the vehicle customization menu.
- Addressed a crash that occurred when a lobby contained more than 32 unique vehicle patterns.
- Fixed a crash that could occur while hosting the “Conduct Geological Survey” mission.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that prevented players from hearing voice chat after rejoining a lobby.
- Resolved a bug that caused new players to become stuck while searching for their first mission.
Previously, a minor Helldivers 2 version 1.005 focused on weapon balancing, improved aiming, new weapon function keybinds, major crash fixes, enemy behavior corrections, and broad performance optimizations. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players have been experiencing several issues. The upcoming Helldivers 2 update 1.007 will address the remaining issues and bugs.
