Helldivers 2 update 1.006.003 (v6.0.3) boosts C4 strength, fixes several crashes, and resolves weapon and stratagem audio/visual bugs. According to the official Helldivers 2 version 1.006.003 patch notes, the latest update also fixes environmental destruction, mission rewards are more consistent, and minor localization issues.

  • Demolition force increased from 30 to 40

Fixes

Crash Fixes
  • Resolved rare missile-related crash

  • Fixed crash when completing missions with Convoy objectives

  • Fixed crashes occurring on “Rapid Acquisition” and “Confiscate Assets” missions

  • Addressed crash on startup or shutdown

  • Fixed rare crash when entering the ship

Weapons & Stratagem Fixes
  • Corrected SH-51 Directional Shield producing no sound

  • Fixed issue where reloading the R-72 Censor attached the camera inside the weapon barrel

  • Corrected LAS-16 Trident hit effects not displaying on environmental objects

  • Ensured Gunship Facilities are properly destroyed by Hellbombs

  • Removed misplaced hatch near Bastion Tank gunner door that caused mission-critical items to enter the ammo compartment

Miscellaneous Fixes
  • Restored missing audio in two Super Destroyer videos for Simplified Chinese

  • Reduced likelihood of Commando Operations failing to award Medals

Previously, a minor Helldivers 2 version 1.005 focused on weapon balancing, improved aiming, new weapon function keybinds, major crash fixes, enemy behavior corrections, and broad performance optimizations. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players have been experiencing several issues. The upcoming Helldivers 2 update 1.007 will address the remaining issues and bugs.
