[Fixed] Elden Ring Crashing, Shuttering, Lag and Other Issues

Elden Ring is now available to download on PC, PS4, and Xbox. However, players are experiencing various issues in Elden Ring like crashing on startup (Title Screen), shuttering, and lag issues.

If you bought the game through Epic Games Launcher, you might need to follow these steps.

Open the launcher and select the Elden Ring in your Library.
Now, click on the three dots next to Elden Ring.
Click Verify button to verify the game files.

Download and Update DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables

Make sure that you have the latest version of DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables. You can download the latest update from the link below.

Update Your Windows

Make sure you are on the latest version of Windows to support newer titles.

In Windows Search type “Update”, and click on Check for Updates

Restart Your PC

If all else fails, try to restart your PC and launch the game again.
