EA has released a new F1 23 patch 1.21 on PS4, PC, PS5 (Version 1.021.000), and Xbox console players. According to the official F1 23 1.21 patch notes, the latest update gameplay performance improvements. Apart from this, F1 23 version 1.21 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a major F1 23 patch 1.10 addressed issues with red flags, equal performance in Two Player Career, safety car and formation lap, FPS drops, collisions, crashes, finishing positions, Logitech wheel feedback, and garage collision. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several F1 23 issues with the game. F1 23 version 1.21 will address a few of these errors.

F1 23 1.21 Patch Notes
- Fixed an issue where some parts of the Abu Dhabi track surface were uneven
- Fixed an issue where the Hotload Menu always shows Car Performance as realistic, even when it is currently set to Equal
