Wartales Update 1.0.32970 Patch Notes

Wartales update 1.0.32970 is rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official Wartales patch notes, the latest update adds various bug fixes and improvements in the game, including fixes to skills, battles, world interactions, quests, and specific locations like Rouste, the tomb, and Belerion. Notable changes include making duels optional and enhancing ship battle maps.Apart from this, Wartales patch 1.0.32970 also includes stability fixes.

Previously, a big update added a number of changes and fixes. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing several issues. Today’s Wartales patch 1.0.32970 will fix a few of these issues.

Wartales 1.0.32047 Patch Notes – March 13, 2024

Battle:

• Addressed issues with certain skills.
• Resolved a crash occurring in Smot’s Arena.

World:

• Fixed ambient and combat music inconsistencies after using Bard song in taverns or tombs.
• Rectified issues when exiting caves.
• Fixed various problems related to ropes and pitons.
• Corrected functionality of the interactive barrel in Mermant’s Fishery.
• Fixed a crash that occurred after animal units were sent to prison.

Quest:

• Fixed Abbot Theocene remaining in troop after completing his quest (temporary fix for affected saves; permanent solution in progress).

Rouste:

• Addressed several issues within Rouste.

Tomb:

• Fixed a situation where players could get stuck after running out of torches.

Belerion:

Battle:

• Duels are no longer mandatory and are initiated by a contextual skill named “Start a Duel”.
• The skill can be used by a unit engaged in close combat with a Captain without a shield.
• Captains can be defeated without engaging in a duel.

Ship Battle Map Improvement:

• Reduced the number of ropes on boats.
• Ropes do not respawn after use in combat.
• AI-controlled units use ropes less frequently.
• Units spawn closer to each other for improved gameplay dynamics.
