Valorant update 7.09 patch notes released for PC players. According to the official Valorant 7.09 patch notes, the latest update introduces a new Duelist named Iso, various agent updates to address gameplay balances, and significant changes to the Premier play. Apart from this, the latest Valorant patch 7.09 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a big update added game clarity improvements with adjustments to ultimates, utility time, and utility HP. Agent updates include changes to Breach, Brimstone, Fade, Gekko, Killjoy, Omen, Skye, Sova, Viper, and Astra. Recently, Valorant update 5.04 was also released. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues when trying to play the game online. Today’s Valorant 7.09 will fix a few of these issues.

Valorant Patch 7.09 Patch Notes – October 31, 2023
- New Agent Introduction:
- Iso, the newest Duelist, has been released. More information about his abilities is available on the Agents page.
- Agent Updates:
- Cypher:
- Trapwire (C) updates are aimed at making the traps more potent and forcing attackers to interact more deliberately.
- Time until trap concusses a captured enemy reduced to 1.5 seconds.
- Trapwire re-arms 0.5 seconds after concussing an enemy or after an enemy in the trap is killed.
- Duration of tag slow when hit by the trap increased to 2 seconds.
- Trapwire (C) updates are aimed at making the traps more potent and forcing attackers to interact more deliberately.
- Skye:
- Trailblazer (Q) collision adjusted to go under mid-height Trapwires, not affecting weapon damage hitboxes.
- Fade:
- Prowler (C) collision adjusted to go over foot-height Trapwires and under head-height Trapwires, not affecting weapon damage hitboxes.
- Raze:
- Paint Shells (E) changes include reduction in grenade explosion radius and damage.
- Blast Pack (Q) Satchel doesn’t deal damage until fully armed, with arm time increased.

- Premier Updates:
- Premier Stage E7A3 has gone live, introducing several new features.
- Premier Practice allows players to queue for practice on select non-match days.
- Teams created during ‘Team Creation Window’ can now participate in Premier anytime during the stage.
- Each match now has a timeout per side and an additional timeout in Overtime.
- Crests reflect team’s performance and evolve over the stage.
- Playoff Qualification Threshold lowered to 600 points.
- Matchmaking adjusted to provide fairer matches.
- Adjustments made to certain zones for healthier queue times and match fairness.
- Premier Stage E7A3 has gone live, introducing several new features.
- Bug Fixes:
- A white screen issue at login for certain hardware configurations has been fixed.
- Fixed an issue where detaching from a rope caused a footstep noise.
