V Rising update 1.110 (version 1.110.000) is available to download on PS5. According to the official V Rising 1.110 patch notes, the latest October update delivers major combat rebalancing, improves PvP integrity, and adds moderation tools. Today’s V Rising patch 1.110 also brings adjustments to attributes, blood effects, passives, and weapons refine gameplay depth.

General Updates

  • Players can no longer equip or swap passives while under the PvP buff.

  • Waygates are now disabled for Arena and Duel contestants.

  • Added temporary ban commands:

    • BanCharacterTemp <Character Name> <#> <Minutes/Hours/Days/Weeks/Months/Years>

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed several instant stun/freeze and shield trigger issues with charged weapon effects and Veil interactions.

  • Corrected Frost Bat jewel damage stacking with Chillweave passive.

  • Fixed incorrect FX triggers, UI mismatches, and projectile wall collisions.

  • Addressed latency-trigger bugs with Veil of Chaos and other ability recasts.

  • Fixed servant hunt location titles, character creation crashes, and Mortium Rift duration display.

  • Spell Cooldown Rate Cap: reduced to 30% (from 35%).

  • Spell Leech Cap: reduced to 20% (from 25%).

  • Bonus Spell Power Cap: reduced to 30% (from 35%).

  • Weapon Skill Power Cap: increased to 45% (from 40%).


Blood Types

Corrupted Blood

  • (90%) Shadow now triggers only on spells (not weapon skills). Proc chance increased to 30%, no longer breaks crowd control.

  • (90%) Charges reduced to 10 (from 15).

  • (60%) Splash damage increased to 125%, no longer breaks crowd control.

  • (60%) Attack Speed bonus reduced to 14% (from 18%).

Draculin Blood

  • (0%) Spell Power reduced to 12% (from 14%).

  • (30%) Spell Haste reduced to 6% (from 8%).

  • (60%) Spell Leech reduced to 8% (from 10%).

  • (90%) Cooldown recovery reduced to 30% (from 40%).

Scholar Blood

  • (0%) Spell Power reduced to 12% (from 14%).

  • (30%) Cooldown recovery reduced to 12% (from 14%).

Brute Blood

  • (90%) Parry Physical Bonus reduced to 15% (from 20%).

Warrior Blood

  • (0%) Veil Bonus Damage increased to 40% (from 30%).

  • (60%) Weapon Skill Power increased to 18% (from 16%).


Passive Effects

  • Renewing Flames: Healing reduced to 15% (from 25%).

  • Chillweave: Damage reduced to 25% (from 40%).

  • Dark Enchantment: Cooldown increased to 40s, absorb reduced to 250%.

  • Arcane Animator: Mage spawn chance increased to 20%.

  • Overpower: Weapon charges increased to 8 (from 6).

Reworks

  • Soul Drinker: Grants +8% Max Health and heals for 1% of max HP when a skeleton dies.

  • Hunger for Power: Increases Spell Leech by 4%; after 10 spells, gain +20% damage and +10% movement speed for 5s.

General Changes

  • Widespread damage, cooldown, and cast time adjustments for balance.

Highlights

  • Bloodrite: Area damage reduced to 60%; stealth now breaks on ability use.

  • Polarity Shift: Cast time increased; cooldown raised to 9s.

  • Void: Slightly slower cast and reduced damage to 80%.

  • Carrion Swarm: Recast added to summon a second swarm; reduced per-hit damage.

  • Rain of Chaos: Total damage increased to 415%.

  • Soulburn: Faster, stronger, and larger radius.

  • Unholy Chains: Increased slow and damage.

  • Shadowbolt, Cyclone, Crystal Lance, and Mosquito: All received damage buffs.


Consumables

  • Chaos Coating: Damage reduced to 40%.

  • Blood Coating: Vampiric Curse damage increased to 50%.

  • Blood Orb: Cannot be picked up by enemies (now grayed out).


Weapons

Mace

  • Mace Slam (Q): Cast time reduced to 0.55s.

Reaper

  • Howling Reaper (E): Damage increased to 180%.

Twin Blades

  • Javelin (Q): Faster return speed and new spin recast attack.

  • Sweeping Strike (E): Aiming improved.

Axes

  • Frenzy (Q): Buff duration increased to 1.5s.

Claws

  • Lunge (Q): Can now recast after hit; reduced damage.

  • Skewering Leap (E): Longer incapacitate, shorter self-stun on miss.

Longbow

  • Guided Arrow (E): Faster cast; Static synergy added on artifact version.

Pistols

  • Fan the Hammer (Q): Faster rate, less spread, can move while firing.

  • Explosive Bullet (E): Reduced impact damage and artifact explosion damage.

Crossbow – Artifact Rework: The Siren’s Wail

  • Marked targets now take bonus damage and receive Weaken.

  • Rain of Arrows (Q): Now fires 2 extra bolts.

  • Snapshot (E): Projectiles fork to nearby enemies and consume Marked.

Whip

  • Aerial Whip Twirl (Q): Cast time increased to 0.55s.

Slashers

  • Camouflage (E): Fixed collider offset.

  • Elusive Strike (Q): Snare duration shortened.

Spear

  • A Thousand Spears (Q): Movement reduced, cooldown increased to 9s.
