The Crew Motorfest Patch 1.08 Notes (Update 1.008.000)

The Crew Motorfest patch 1.08 (v1.008.000) is available on PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S players. According to the Crew Motorfest 1.08 patch notes, the latest Season 3 update introduce significant quality-of-life updates, stability improvements, progression tweaks, vehicle adjustments, Summit Contest enhancements, additions to Grand Race & Demolition Royale, Livery Editor fixesApart from this, The Crew Motorfest update 1.08 also includes Car Meet improvements, audio additions and fixes, Avatar updates, device improvements, localization fixes, and miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes.

Recently, Crew Motorfest Season 2 update 1.05 added new customization options, including the ability to toggle CARA voiceover and disable “traffic ghost cars” during freeride. Unfortunately, since the release, players have been experiencing various launching, crashing, and low fps issues. Today’s Crew Motorfest patch 1.08 (1.008) will fix a few of these issues.

The Crew Motorfest update 1.008 Patch Notes – March 13, 2024

Quality of Life:

  • Multi-scrapping feature enables simultaneous scrapping of multiple perf parts.
  • New sorting options and vertical navigation enhance the Vehicle Collection menu.
  • Steering behavior adjustments facilitated through new sliders in Controls – Steering section.
  • “Direct Mode” (Wheel Mode) option available regardless of controller type.
  • Addition of new Map filters (Main Stage) with improved functionality.

Stability:

  • Improved consistency when forming a crew and inviting crew members.
  • Fixed occurrences of crashes and GPU errors when taking pictures on PC.

Progression:

  • Introduction of new Legacy Mainstage in activities tab for revisiting previous months’ Main Stage content.
  • Reworked Feats reward system to limit rewards to once every 30 minutes while boosting their value.
  • Various improvements to challenges completion conditions and balancing.
  • Addition of new tutorial tips.

Vehicles:

  • Removed rooftop vanity options for Proto Flashback to avoid display issues.
  • Vanities are not automatically equipped on your current vehicle anymore upon purchase.
  • Improved Chevrolet 3100 Big Block Edition camera settings.
  • Improved camera angle on the cockpit view of the Hoonigan Audi S1 Hoonitron – Drift.
  • Adjusted Ford Hoonicorn Mustang reverse speed so it’s consistent with the rest of the line-up.
  • Adjusted Proto Flashback reverse speed so it’s consistent with the rest of the line-up.
  • Fixed Corvette C8 widebody track width which were wrongly set.
  • Fixed Zonda F Primary Edition track width which were wrongly set.
  • Adjusted Lamborghini Reventon off-road behavior so it’s consistent with the rest of the category.
  • Fixed: Nitro was wrongfully refilled to full after a crash cam.
  • Improved the rear suspension movement on Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392.
  • Fixed occurrences where Tier 2 Perf Parts could be equipped to Tier 1 Street Cars.
  • Fixed Ferrari SF90 Stradale and Porsche 918 Spyder Hypercars AWD info.
  • Nissan GT-R 2015 now displays accurate BHP.
  • Mirrors of VW Golf GTI do not clip with car door anymore.
  • Lamborghini Egoista left and right rim now have the same color.
  • Fixed occurrences where Window Tints could be equipped on vehicles without windshield.
  • Window tints applied on Ferrari SF90 do not appliy to front lights anymore.
  • Fixed the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR Drift edition nitro effect.
  • Fixed the Nissan R390 GT1 nitro effect.
  • Fixed the Porsche 356 speedometer needle visibility in dark areas.
  • Honda S2000 interface tachometer is now synced with the interior one.
  • Volkswagen Touareg NE 2011 now displays the correct weight.
  • Mercedes-AMG C 63 Coupé Black Series wheels are no longer missing from the thumbnail preview.
  • Fixed a bug where previous The Crew 2 vehicles available for Collection Import were not imported correctly at The Crew Motorfest Season 2 launch.

Summit Contest:

  • Fixes for correct display of players’ names in Summit leaderboard.
  • Prevention of players bypassing vehicle constraints.
  • Increased rewards for Season 3, including boosts to Bucks, Parts, and XP for different rank achievements.

Grand Race & Demolition Royale:

  • Addition of ten new Grand Race sections and a starting Hub.
  • Fixes for missing racing lines and clipping assets.
  • Display of players’ currencies during reward flow.

Livery Editor:

  • Fixes to ensure all saved custom liveries can be navigated in-game.
  • Prevention of mistaken application of livery while registering for custom show.

Car Meet:

  • Showcased vehicle in car meet now directs to Main Stage Bundle when selected.
  • Prevention of mistaken application of livery on vehicles during registration.

Audio:

  • Addition of 3D Audio support on PS5.
  • Various audio fixes and additions, including new songs and improved interface feedback.

Avatar:

  • Introduction of new outfit options and device support improvements, including Bluetooth support for DualSense controller on PC.
  • LED color changes related to in-game time of day on PS5.

Localization:

  • Implementation of various localization fixes for several languages.

MSC:

  • Fixes for floating and clipping model occurrences.
  • Video mode adjustments and addition of replay button for introductory cinematic in Main Stage menu.
