Tekken Update 1.13 released with Fixes and Changes

Tekken Update 1.13 is now available for download. According to the official Tekken 1.13 changelog, the new update has added fixes for matchmaking and other improvements. In addition, Tekken version 1.13 also includes fixes for stuttering and lag issues.
