According to the official Spiderman PC patch notes, the latest update adds AMD FSR 3.1 with frame generation and Native AA options. Apart from this, Spiderman Miles Morales PC patch 3.617.1.0 also updated Intel XeSS to version 1.3 with XeSS Native AA option.
