Rocket League update 2.43 is rolling out on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Rocket League 2.43 patch notes, the latest update focuses on improvements to the demolition camera, offering better control and visibility. Apart from this, today’s Rocket League version 2.43 also includes new audio cues and item adjustments.
Previously, a major Rocket League update 2.18 added the 007’s Aston Martin DBS to the game. Unfortunately, players are still facing various bugs in the game. Today’s Rocket League patch 2.43 will resolve a few of these issues.

Changes and Updates
Demolition Camera Changes
- New Transition Behavior: Camera moves from the demolition point to the respawn location, showing the surroundings before respawn.
- Camera Control: Players can now move the camera to observe the field during this transition.
- Demo Transition Time: New setting under Camera:
- Default: 0.75 seconds.
- Adjustable from 0.00 (instant) to 1.00 seconds.
- Effect: Shorter transition times focus on the respawn point, longer times offer better field views.
- Note: Adjusting the time doesn’t change how long you’re demolished, only how the camera transitions.
Demolition Audio
- Audio Update: Increased volume of the “ping” sound when a teammate is demolished.
- Volume Control: Still adjustable through the Gameplay slider under Audio settings.
