Ubisoft has released a new Rainbow Six Siege X update 3.09 on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official R6 update 3.09 patch notes, the latest update fixes the Shieldguard username display bug, ensuring console usernames now show correctly instead of Ubisoft usernames. Apart from this, Rainbow 6 Siege patch 3.09 also includes stability fixes.

Username Display: Resolved an issue where Ubisoft usernames were shown instead of console usernames.
Previously, a big season update added a new defender Azami (Kiba barrier gadget). Recently, a hotfix Y7S1.2 was also released. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing issues with the game. Today’s R6 Siege patch 3.09 will fix a few of these issues.
