Ubisoft has released a new Rainbow Six Siege update 2.99 (Y10S1.2) on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official R6 update 2.99 patch notes, the latest update fixes connection errors (0x00000140), deployment phase freezes, reputation card background updates, and missing Operator unlock videos. Apart from this, Rainbow Six Siege patch 2.99 also fixes a bug where the Ace Up the Sleeve badge not counting during reconnects.

Addressed a bug causing equipped reputation card backgrounds to not update after a reputation change.

Fixed an issue where Operator unlock videos did not play when unlocking Operators and were not viewable afterward.
Previously, a big season update added a new defender Azami (Kiba barrier gadget). Recently, a hotfix Y7S1.2 was also released. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing issues with the game. Today’s R6 Siege patch 2.99 will fix a few of these issues.
