Rainbow Six Siege update 2.74 (version 1.000.078) is available to download on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official R6 update 2.74 patch notes, the latest update brings operator balancing changes. Apart from this, Rainbow 6 Siege patch 2.74 also made adjustments to new gadgets for Iana, Nøkk, Oryx, and Sens.
Previously, a big season 7 update added a new defender Azami (Kiba barrier gadget), permanent Team Deathmatch mode, and changes for Goyo, Melusi, Thunderbird, Kali, Valkyrie, and Zero. Recently, a hotfix Y7S1.2 was also released. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing issues with the game. Today’s R6 Siege patch 2.74 will fix a few of these issues.

R6 Siege Update 2.74 Patch Notes (1.000.078) – May 3, 2024
Operator Changes:
Azami:
- Increased Damage: High caliber handguns and revolvers deal 10% more damage.
- Increased Vulnerability: Medium caliber SMGs and ARs now deal 10% more damage to Azami.
- Slight Vulnerability Increase: High caliber ARs and LMGs deal 5% more damage to Azami.
Iana:
- New Addition: Added Impact EMP Grenade.
- Stun Grenades Removed: Removed Stun Grenades from Iana’s loadout.
Lesion:
- Gadget Refill: Increased refill time to 25 seconds (previously 20 seconds).
- Damage Adjustment: Initial damage reduced to 3hp (from 5hp).
- New Addition: Added Observation Blocker to Lesion’s gadgets.
- Removed Equipment: Impact Grenades are no longer available for Lesion.
Nøkk:
- Duration Increase: HEL Presence Reduction duration and cooldown increased to 30 seconds (from 20 seconds).
Oryx:
- Remah Dash Update: Remah Dash now destroys Deployable and Talon Shields.
Sens:
- Increased Projection: R.O.U. Projectors increased to 4 (from 3).
Gadget Adjustments:
Impact Grenade:
- Damage Reduction: Reduced damage to 40hp (from 60hp).
- Explosion Radius: Reduced explosion radius to 2 meters (from 3 meters).
Ballistic Shields:
- Guard Break Threshold: Explosion threshold to trigger the Guard Break reduced to 30hp (from 50hp).
