Overwatch update 3.13 is now available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to Overwatch 3.13 patch notes, the latest update brings some hero balancing and more. Apart from this, Overwatch version 3.13 also added stability fixes.
Previously, a big update added character balancing, gameplay changes, and a long list of bug fixes.
Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues while playing the game online. Today’s Overwatch version 3.13 will fix a few of these issues.

- Life Steal amount increased from 30% to 35%

- (Primary Fire) Beam damage now scales from 75-170 damage-per-second, down from 95-170
