Overwatch 2 update 4.23 (1.000.087) is now available for PS4, PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official OW2 update 4.23 patch notes, the latest update brings quality of life changes and crash fixes. Today’s OW2 patch 1.000.087 also includes general stability and gameplay performance improvements.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause the Stadium UI to disappear at the start of a round (again)
- Fixed an issue where Emre’s gun would swap if you reloaded and cast your ultimate at the same time
- Fixed an issue where Mercy’s mythic skin caused the damage boost beam to align directly with the center of Bastion’s turret form
- Added general stability fixes.
- Addressed network connection issues.
- Addressed login/disconnection related issues.
- Added gameplay performance improvements.
- Addressed game crashing issues.
- Other minor tweaks.
Previously, a major Overwatch 2 update 3.94 added a new game mode – Hero Mastery as well as various changes to heroes, including damage adjustments, cooldown tweaks, and improvements to abilities. Today’s OW2 patch 1.000.087 will fix a few of these issues.
