Overwatch 2 Update 4.18 is now available for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official OW2 Update 1.000.082 patch notes, the latest update brings quality of life changes. Today’s OW2 patch 1.000.082 also includes online stability improvements.

Vendetta
Palatine Fang
- Overhead swing recovery can now be interrupted by Warding Stance
- Fixed a bug with launching enemies downward with the overhead not working consistently against flying targets
Whirlwind Dash
- Raging Storm perk recovery time reduced from 0.4 to 0.25 seconds
Projected Edge
- Recovery time for Whirlwind Dash and Soaring Slice reduced from 0.35 to 0.2 seconds
Soaring Slice
- Recovery time reduced from 0.25 to 0.1 seconds
- Weapon throw range increased from 14 to 15 meters
Bug Fixes
- Winter Wonderland Challenges are all working as intended
- Fixed a bug with D.Va’s Perk, Extended Boosters which was preventing the damage increase from being applied
- Added stability fixes.
- Addressed game crashing issues
- Added matchmaking improvements.
- Other minor tweaks.
Previously, a major Overwatch 2 update 3.94 added a new game mode – Hero Mastery as well as various changes to heroes, including damage adjustments, cooldown tweaks, and improvements to abilities. Today’s Overwatch 2 patch 1.000.082 will fix a few of these issues.
