A new NMS update 3.93 is available on PS4, PS5(3.093.000), PC, and Xbox One. According to the official NMS 3.93 patch notes, the latest hotfix addressed some minor issues with the game. Apart from this, NMS version 3.93 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a major free update 3.90 added expedition 7: Leviathan with a plethora of changes and fixes. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues when trying to play the game.

- Addressed that could cause custom discovery names to be reset on load.
- Addressed issues that could allow players to take damage in protected locations.
- Fixed a multiplayer issue that could cause players to incorrectly take damage that ought have been applied to a different player.
