MLB The Show 26 update 1.012 (Game Update 12) is available to download on PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official MLB The Show 26 version 1.012 patch notes, the latest update fixes Exhibition pitching results, adds Mini Seasons playoff series tracking, removes a WBC reward exploit, and corrects Diamond Dynasty logo and uniform issues. Apart from this, today’s MLB 26 patch 1.012 also refreshes player likenesses for a wide selection of MLB players and prospects.
MLB 26 Update 1.012.000 Patch Notes – June 17, 2026
General
- Fixed missing pitching decisions for some Exhibition: Daily Lineups games on the calendar.
- Resolved a visual issue that could display the daily login reward timer ahead of schedule.
- Fixed the depth of field setting not displaying correctly on Xbox.
Diamond Dynasty
- Fixed an issue where logos could display incorrectly when selecting a specific Mini Seasons game.
- Added a new UI element to display the playoff series record in Mini Seasons.
- Fixed an exploit that allowed repeated simulation of the WBC Mini Seasons Championship Game for rewards without completing earlier games.
- WBC Mini Season rewards will return to the Championship bundle after the scheduled content update on June 16.
- Fixed Orioles and Red Sox uniforms displaying incorrectly in Diamond Quest, Moments, Conquest, and Play vs CPU.
