Helldivers 2 Version 1.000.201 Patch Notes for PS5 and PC

Helldivers 2 version 1.000.201 is available to download on PS5 and PC. According to the official Helldivers 2 1.000.201 patch notes, the latest update resolves a common crash which occurred when accessing the Acquisitions menu. Apart from this, Helldivers 2 patch 1.000.201 also includes gameplay performance improvements.

Previously, a minor Helldivers 2 version 1.000.200 added new environmental hazards and weapon adjustments.. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several issues. The upcoming Helldivers 2 update 1.000.202 will address the remaining issues and bugs.

Helldivers 2 Update 1.000.201 Patch Notes – April 3, 2024

Fixes:

• Resolved: A common crash issue when accessing the Acquisitions menu has been fixed.

Known Issues (Unchanged from patch 1.000.200):

These are issues either introduced by this patch and currently under investigation or carried over from a previous version that have yet to be resolved.

• Game Crashes:
  • The game may crash when picking up a snowball or throwing back a grenade.
• Friend Invites and Cross-Play:
  • Cross-platform friend invites might not appear in the Friend Requests tab.
  • Players are unable to unfriend others befriended via friend code.
  • Players cannot unblock individuals not previously on their Friends list.
  • Befriending players with Steam names shorter than 3 characters is not possible.
• Explosive Weapon Stats:
  • Explosive weapon stats only reflect direct hit damage, not explosive damage.
• Explosions:
  • Explosions do not cause limb damage, except when colliding with a rock.
• Planet Liberation:
  • Planet liberation reaches 100% at the conclusion of every Defend mission.
• Drowning and Vitality Booster:
  • Drowning in deep water while equipped with a Vitality Booster puts the Helldiver in a broken state.
• Stratagem Beam:
  • The stratagem beam may attach to an enemy but deploy to its original location.
• Player Customizations:
  • Some player customizations, such as title or body type, may reset upon restarting the game.
