According to the official Helldivers 2 version 1.003.003 patch notes, the latest update enhances Masters of Ceremony armors, now offering faster reloads and stronger melee attacks. Apart from this, Helldivers 2 patch 1.003.003 also brings widespread crash fixes, improved enemy AI behavior, and better mission stability—especially in Leviathan encounters. Weapon handling and stratagem interactions have been refined, while a key fix ensures civilians no longer wrongly brand players as traitors.

Armor Update: Masters of Ceremony Buffs

New Passive Perks Added

Masters of Ceremony Armor:

  • +30% Reload Speed for primary weapons.

  • +50% Melee Damage.

Fixes and Improvements

Crash Fixes

Menu and Mission Stability:

  • Fixed crash from fast interactions in weapon customization menu.

  • Resolved crash on exit of ‘Take Down Overship’ mission when joining mid-session.

  • Fixed two separate crashes in ‘Repel Invasion Fleet’ missions.

  • Addressed crash during transition back to ship while dropping in.

  • Resolved audio-related crash.

Enemy Behavior Fixes

  • Leviathans no longer target power generators in defense missions.

  • Fixed enemy pathfinding issues during military uplink objectives.

Weapons & Stratagems

  • Resolved issue where weapons failed to reload after switching equipment with an active stratagem.

  • Fixed ship damage not affecting traitor shields correctly.

Miscellaneous Fixes

  • Improved mission stability for city missions with Leviathans.

  • Fixed disconnections caused by multiple Leviathans.

  • Corrected Super Earth clock offset due to Illuminate interference.

  • Fixed pathfinding near Shuttlebay.

  • Civilians stepping on mines no longer mark Helldivers as traitors.

Previously, a minor Helldivers 2 version 1.000.200

added new environmental hazards and weapon adjustments. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several issues. The upcoming Helldivers 2 update 1.003.003 will address the remaining issues and bugs.
