Helldivers 2 update 1.001.103 is rolling out on PS5 and PC. According to the official Helldivers 2 version 1.001.103 patch notes, the latest update addresses multiple crash fixes, adds gameplay adjustments, bot behavior improvements, and significant audio balance updates for enemies. Apart from this, Helldivers 2 patch 1.001.103 also introduces a protection order for pygmy hippos.
Previously, a minor Helldivers 2 version 1.000.200 added new environmental hazards and weapon adjustments.. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several issues. The upcoming Helldivers 2 update 1.001.104 will address the remaining issues and bugs.

Crash Fixes
- Fixed a crash issue triggered by unique stim pistol owners leaving the game.
- Resolved a crash when equipping purchased Hellpod skins on a new account.
Miscellaneous Fixes
Gameplay Fixes
- Helldivers wearing heavy armors are no longer immune to gas status effects.
- Players can no longer call down multiple seismic probes and prospecting drills simultaneously.
- Improved bot behavior to reduce instances of getting stuck shooting at walls during evacuate high-value asset missions.
Audio Improvements
- Cleaned up and re-balanced audio for all Bug and Bot enemies, focusing on their voices and movements.
- Adjusted enemy audio balance to improve awareness and make enemies more audible in different situations.
New Implementations
- General Brasch-issued Protection Order for pygmy hippos has been implemented under The Moo Deng Accord.
