According to the official Helldivers 2 version 1.000.405 patch notes, the latest update reduces instances of players getting stuck in the hellpod drop-in loading screen. • Hellpod Drop-In: Reduced instances of being stuck in an infinite drop-in loading screen.

Known Issues

• Friend Requests: Sending friend requests via friend code in-game currently does not work.
• Ballistics Shield: Various issues with unintended behavior.
• Joining/Inviting: Players may be unable to join or invite others to the game.
• Recent Players List: Players added to the Recent Players list will appear in the middle.
• Rewards: Players may experience delays in Medals and Super Credits payouts.
• Mission Progression: Enemies that bleed out do not progress Personal Orders and Eradicate missions.
• Invisible Mines: Deployed mines may sometimes become invisible but remain active.
• Arc Weapons: Sometimes behave inconsistently and misfire.
• Weapon Accuracy: Most weapons shoot below the crosshair when aiming down sights.
• Stratagem Beam: Might attach to an enemy but deploys to the original location.
• Hand Carts Ship Module: Does not reduce Shield Generator Pack’s cooldown.
• Bile Titan: Sometimes does not take damage to the head.
• Loadout Stuck: Players may become stuck in the Loadout when joining a game in progress.
• Reinforcement: May not be available for players who join a game in progress.
• Planet Liberation: Reaches 100% at the end of every Defend mission.
• Raise Flag Objective: Does not show a progress bar.
• Mission Count: Resets to zero in the Career tab after every game restart.
• Weapon Descriptions: Some descriptions are out-of-date and do not reflect current design.
• Personal Orders: May not display correctly (e.g., Kill 5).

Previously, a minor Helldivers 2 version 1.000.200 added new environmental hazards and weapon adjustments.. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several issues. The upcoming Helldivers 2 update 1.000.404 will address the remaining issues and bugs.
