Hogwarts Legacy Quidditch Champions update 1.000.003 details released for PS5, PS4, PC and Xbox players. According to the official Quidditch Champions 1.02 patch notes, the latest update introduces enhanced Steam Deck performance, Keeper improvements, AI logic enhancements, new audio/VO content, and widespread bug fixes, ensuring smoother gameplay and user experience across all platforms. Apart from this, the Quidditch Champions version 1.03 also includes a long list of bug fixes.
Unfortunetly, since the last Hogwarts Legacy patch 1.000.004, players are experiencing various bugs and issues. Recently, a day-one update was also released with minor tweaks. More tweaks and changes are expected to come with Quidditch Champions patch 1.02. Read more details below.

Quidditch Champions 1.02 Patch Notes – September 23, 2024
PC & Steam Deck
- Battery Saver: Updated Steam Deck Battery Saver mode to 40fps (previously 30fps).
- Rumble Multiplier: Increased Steam Deck Rumble multiplier to x2.
- Controls: Added Invert Up/Down steering toggles for Steam Deck.
- Vibration Settings: Added Vibration and Vibration Intensity settings for Steam Deck.
- UI Adjustments: Adjusted font size for some button icons on Steam Deck.
- Crash Logs: Reduced the size of PC crash dump logs for better performance.
UI/UX
- Skill Points Tab: “Skill Points” set as the default tab in the progression menu.
- Season Notifications: Message of the Day and Inbox now display the Season end date.
- Nameplate Fix: Fixed a bug causing player nameplates to appear blank.
- Tournament Update: Changed ‘Quit to Lobby’ to ‘Proceed to Ceremony’ at the end of cup tournaments.
- Party Notifications: Fixed an issue with some Party notifications not displaying correctly.
Gameplay Balance/Tuning
Keeper
- Base Radius: Increased Catch/Steal base radius for better gameplay.
- Movement:
- Increased Strafe Speed.
- Increased Boost Strafe Speed.
- Increased Dive Speed.
- Boost Cost: Reduced Boost cost multiplier.
AI
- Chaser Tracking: Improved AI Chaser loose Quaffle tracking.
- Goal Management: Prevented AI from crowding goals while an ally is attempting to shoot the Quaffle.
- Evasion Logic: Linked AI evasion chance vs tackles to a difficulty modifier.
- Shovel Pass Logic: Improved AI Chaser shovel pass logic to prevent incorrect upward passes.
- Keeper Logic: Fixed an issue where Keepers sometimes threw the Quaffle to the field’s center instead of a nearby target.
Audio/VO
- New VO Lines: Added Favored/Underdog Rivals VO lines.
- World Cup Celebration: Added fireworks SFX to World Cup outro celebration.
- Additional VO Hooks:
- “Quaffle Stolen”
- “Shot on Goal”
- “Successful Pass”
- Cinematic Volume: Cinematic volume is no longer controlled by Master Volume in settings.
- Language Fix: Resolved an issue with various VO lines not triggering in certain languages.
- Welcome Lines: Fixed VO welcome lines for specific countries during the World Cup.
Performance/Optimization
- Graphics Quality: Increased FX quality and Shading quality for Gen 8 (PS4/XB1).
General Bugfixing
- Party Leader Progress: Fixed an issue where party leaders in coop weren’t receiving challenges progress.
- Crashes: Resolved various crash issues.
- Scoreboard Interactions: Fixed a bug preventing users from interacting with other player profiles on the Scoreboard screen.
- Screen Reader: Various fixes applied to Screen Reader functionality.
- Stuck in Weasley Burrow: Fixed a bug causing players to get stuck on the ground in the Weasley Burrow.
- Team Banners: Fixed missing team banners on goalposts in Hogwarts (Day variant).
- Winged Key Preview: Fixed preview issue for “Winged Key” (Level 52 reward).
- D-Pad Functionality: Fixed loss of D-Pad functionality when opening Social and Pause menus simultaneously.
- VFX Filter: Fixed excessively red VFX filter when boosting.
- AI Keeper Issues: Fixed multiple issues with AI Keepers while using Playcaller.
- Chaser Spawn Point: Resolved a bug causing multiple Chasers to share the same spawn point after a Snitch Catch.
- Cup Mode Joining: Fixed an issue preventing party members from joining Cup Modes together.
- Hogwarts Hero Achievement: Fixed a bug preventing proper unlock of the “Hogwarts Hero” Achievement/Trophy.
- Ready Up Button: Resolved a bug causing the Ready Up button to be non-functional while in a Party.
- Ginny Training Prompt: Fixed a bug where Ginny prompted Chaser Training despite completion of the Burrow Cup.
