Rockstar Games has released a new GTA 5 update 1.42 on PS4, PS5 (1.003), PC, and Xbox One. According to the official GTA 5 1.42 patch notes, the latest update brings various tweaks and changes. Apart from this, GTA 5 version 1.42 also includes performance improvements.

Previously, update added the new characters, new vehicles, new drones, a new business venture to Los Santos, and more. Recently, a minor update was also released.

Unfortunately, since the last major patch, players are experiencing a number of issues with the online gameplay. Today’s GTA5 update 1.42 will fix a few of these issues. Check out more details below.

GTA5 Update 1.42 Patch Notes (GTA Online Update 1.42)

  • Fixed a crash that occurred when equipping the Heavy Sniper Mk II in first person view
  • Fixed several crashes in GTAV and GTA Online
  • Maintenance Update.
  • Added a fix for the Autoshop merge glitch.

  • Addressed several crashes.

  • Addressed a bug where players’ weapons disappear in the Shooting Range.
