GT Sport 1.45 patch notes released for PS4 players. According to the official GT Sport 1.45 patch notes, the latest update added four new cars, seven new rounds at GT League and quality of life improvements. Apart from this, the new GT Sport update 1.45 also includes stability and performance enhancements.
Previously, a big update was released with five new Japanese cars, wet conditions and much more. Four new vehicles, including classic Chevrolets and 1970’s sports cars, join the lineup.
- Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Racer Concept ’59 (Gr.X)
- Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE Package ’18 (N700)

Drive the Tokyo Expressway in the wet.
- “Wet Conditions” are now available on the Tokyo Expressway – Central Outer Loop and Tokyo Expressway – East Outer Loop.

Seven new rounds for GT League.
- Beginner League – Two new rounds have been added to Stars & Stripes.
- Amateur League – Two new rounds have been added to Group 3 Cup.
- Professional League – Two new rounds have been added to La Festa Cavallino.
- Endurance League – One new round has been added to the Gr.1 Prototype Endurance Series.
