Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.660 Patch Notes (December 11 Update)

Gran Turismo 7 update 1.660 (December Update) is available to download on PS5. According to the official GT7 update 1.660 patch notes, the latest Gran Turismo 7’s December update fixes multiplayer lobby page issue, refined manual downshift behavior and updates engine inertia and suspension for several cars with corresponding PP changes. Apart from this, Gran Turismo 7 patch 1.660 also improved AI balance in Power Pack events, and adjusted steering force feedback for better control.

Improvements and Adjustments

Physics Simulation Model

  • Refined downshift behavior so manual gear-down inputs are ignored at extremely high RPM or speed.

  • Updated engine flywheel moment of inertia for:

    • HYUNDAI N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.1)

    • Aston Martin Valkyrie ’21

  • Improved suspension dynamics for:

    • Jaguar Vision Gran Turismo Coupé

    • Jaguar Vision Gran Turismo Roadster

    • Jaguar Vision Gran Turismo SV

    • Volkswagen ID.R ’19

  • Performance Points recalculated for all adjusted vehicles.

Power Pack

  • Revised game balance and rival car behavior across Power Pack race events.

Steering Controllers

  • Adjusted and refined force-feedback response for improved steering feel.

Multiplayer

  • Fixed issue where only the first page of the lobby list appeared.

Previously, a major GT7 update 1.23 added 3 new cars and new Scapes. Volkswagen ID. R ’19, Nissan Silvia K’s Type S(S14) ’94 and Porsche Vision Gran Turismo Spyder are now available in-game. Recently, GT7 patch 1.32 added new cars and fixes. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s GT7 version 1.660 will address a few of these issues.
