[Final Fantasy XIV] FFXIV patch 6.51 details released for PC, PS4(10.05), and PS5 players. According to the official FFXIV 6.51 patch notes, the latest update resolves various gameplay issues. Apart from this, today’s FF14 patch 6.51 also includes performance improvements.
Previously, a big FFXIV update 6.3 added two new jobs, reaper and sage, an increased level cap of 90, the new male Viera race, and so much more. Unfortunately, since the last major patch, players are facing a long list of bug fixes and gameplay changes. Today’s FFXIV patch 6.51 will address a few of these issues.
More changes are coming in FFXIV Patch 6.55.

Addressed a bug where during cutscenes for the main scenario quest “Down in the Dark”, characters and NPC may behave abnormally.
Additional information such as Legacy displayed to the right of certain world names on the character selection screen is incorrect.
Added stability fixes.
