Fallout 4 update 1.41 is available to download on PS4, PS5(1.000.006), PC and Xbox. According to the official FO4 update 1.41 patch notes, the latest update fixes crashes, adds load-order stability improvements, and major Creations menu refinements. Save/load behavior is now more reliable across platforms, UI responsiveness is improved, and user profile issues are resolved. Apart from this, Fallout 4 patch 1.41 also fixes guest/local user restrictions to prevent softlocks.
