F1 23 patch 1.15 is now rolling out on PS4, PS5(version 1.015.000), PC, and Xbox console players. According to the official F1 23 patch notes, the latest update brings major changes and numerous bug fixes. Apart from this, F1 23 version 1.15 (1.015) also includes general stability improvements and minor adjustments.
Recently, the game was released with positive reviews from players and critics. Unfortunately, since the release, players are experiencing several F1 23 issues with the game. F1 23 update 1.15 will address a few of these errors.

F1 23 1.15 Patch Notes – October 16, 2023
- Sports Update for F1® 23, changes to vehicle geometry, bodywork, sponsors, colours, and team attire have all been made
- Fixed an issue where the Singapore Grand Prix was incorrectly 61 laps instead of 62
- Fixed an issue where it was possible to get ‘Speeding under the Safety Car’ penalties when entering the pits with a negative delta time
- Fixed an incorrect bump on the pitlane entry of Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, potentially unsettling the car
- Fixed an issue with corner cutting and track limits at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit. This necessitates TT leaderboards for Las Vegas to be reset in this patch
- Fixed an issue where the front suspension on the official cars was not attached to the wheel
- Fixed an issue where textures on top of the halo were not correct on the Ferrari SF-23

Players using Thrustmaster wheels can install new firmware to fix issues relating to Force Feedback.
The following changes were added previously
- Fixed an issue where Safety Car and Formation Lap were enabled in 25% race distance.
- Fixed an issue where Braking Point could get stuck at Chapter 7 when on-screen display was disabled.
- Fixed an issue where players were unable to invite friends to race using system menus on Xbox and PlayStation.
- Fixed an issue with ghosting cars when ‘collisions off for first lap only’ was enabled.
- Fixed an issue where framerate drops could occur during night races.
- Fixed an issue where creating a second Career save with F2 could cause the game to crash.
- Fixed an issue where finishing positions could be incorrect after a red flag.
- Addressed a bug where Two-player Career used Equal Performance instead of Realistic performance.
- Fixed an issue where driving out of the 11th garage at Monaco could cause the car to hit the wall.
- Fixed an issue where Logitech TrueForce was unavailable on PlayStation and PC.
- Fixed an issue where switching between Performance and Quality modes could cause framerate issues on Xbox.
- Fixed an issue where sponsor decals did not appear on race suits and helmets in My Team.

General
- ICE wear rate reduced to be less punishing when aggressively downshifting or over-revving.
- Resolved incorrect collision at Jeddah turn 1.
- Virtual rear mirror visibility setting will now apply correctly.
- Characters on the podium will now appear correctly.
- HUD elements will now appear correctly in split-screen races.
- Addressed an issue where the team badge could appear corrupted after a race weekend in MyTeam.
- Loyalty pack items will now correctly appear in users’ inventory.
- Addressed an issue where using Fanatec Load Cell pedals would result in reduced frame rate.
- Updated MyTeam engine supplier durability ratings (will not affect existing careers).
- Updated fuel amount for Bahrain F1®Sprint events.
- Rain no longer appears within the car in supercar replays.
- Addressed an issue where the race engineer would note a component issue and then immediately state it was resolved.
- Adaptive triggers now have the correct resistance on PC.
- Addressed an issue where AI drivers on flying laps could brake to not pass yielding vehicles.
- Addressed an issue when retiring from Qualifying 1 or 2 despite having a time to move to the next session, would transition to the race.
- Resolved a crash that could occur when joining an in-progress Social Play lobby.
- Sponsors can now be correctly applied to the Player Car.

Online
- Addressed a crash when entering a multiplayer lobby in progress.
- Addressed an issue where the starting grid option could not be modified in multiplayer lobbies.
VR
- Improved performance when companion screen is set to full screen.
- Addressed involuntary head movement when braking or accelerating.
Notes
- A firmware update was recently released by Thrustmaster which we believe will resolve a number of issues with those peripherals in F1®22. We recommended installing this update if you are currently experiencing issues.
