Elder Scrolls Online Update 2.14 Patch Notes for PS4 & Xbox One

Elder Scrolls Online update 2.14 released for PS4 and Xbox One players. According to the official ESO 2.14 patch notes, the latest update added quality of life improvements. Apart from this, Elder Scrolls Online version 2.14 also addressed various stability issues.

Previously, a major update added Markarth DLC and update 28, featuring the epic conclusion of the Dark Heart of Skyrim. The new Markarth DLC added the new zone of The Reach, two world bosses, two delves, and an exciting solo Arena that is sure to challenge.

Unfortunately, many players are still facing several problems when trying to play the game online. Today’s ESO patch 2.14 will solve a few of these problems.

  • Invitation to Orsinium: Only one Stuga now appears at a time. You don’t need to know how long she’s been looking for you multiple times.

Battlegrounds

  • Fixed an issue where pre-made groups with a very high MMR would occasionally not get into a Battleground.

UI

  • Fixed an issue where the Blackwood Chapter description was in English on the French and Japanese game clients.

ART and Animation

  • Fixed an issue where the Circular and Smooth Depth of Field options could blur the sky.

Crown Store

  • Fixed an issue where male High Elf characters were not able to use a deployed Campfire Kit memento or the Boozy Boot emote.

Dungeons and Group Content

  • Fixed an issue that would cause the “Leave Now” button to not work when a group is disbanded, you’re kicked, or everyone leaves.

Housing

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent your character from sitting on validly placed chairs at certain locations.

Furnishings

  • Fixed an issue that could occur with the beams when rotating the “Dwarven Beam Emitter, Medium” furnishing.

Miscellaneous

  • Fixed a crash which could be caused by UI addon interactions when reloading the game UI.
  • Fixed a crash that was prevalent in Trials or within Dragonhold content.
  • Fixed a rare crash that could happen during UI updates including health changes or Antiquities excavation.
  • Fixed a rare crash related to particle effects.
  • Fixed a crash related to animations.

Stadia Game Client

  • Fixed an issue where a player you have recently grouped with would not appear in the Recent Players list.
  • Fixed an issue where you could receive an in-game notification referencing the end of an ESO Plus Free Trial after every load screen.
