Elder Scrolls Online patch 7.0.9 (July 26, 2021) is now rolling out on PC. According to the official ESO 7.0.9 patch notes, the latest update fixed a number of UI errors and an issue where some restored characters could not become Emperor. Apart from this, the new ESO version 7.0.9 also added stability fixes.
Previously, a major update added the Blackwood DLC Game Pack and Update 30.

Base Game
Alliance War and PVP
- Fixed an issue where previously deleted characters that were restored by Support could not become Emperor in campaigns.
UI
- Fixed a UI error that would occur after talking to the Smuggler Assistant.
- Addressed a UI error that would occur when opening the deposit tab of a storage chest.
- Fixed a UI error when navigating to the Outfit Styles collections book after leaving the costume tab on an Outfit Station.
Crafting
- Fixed an issue where some weapon or armor styles were not translated correctly in the French game client.
