EA FC 26 Update 1.23 Patch Notes (Patch 1.5.4) for PS4, PC and Xbox One

EA FC 26 update 1.23 is available to download on PS4, PC and Xbox One. The latest FC 26 version 1.23 improves Career Mode reliability by fixing slider resets and refining youth player growth. Additionally, FC 26 patch 1.23 also includes additional visual updates and fixes for the menu navigation issues in Ultimate Team and Clubs.

FC 26 1.23 Patch Notes (Patch 1.5.4) – April 28, 2026

Ultimate Team

• Improved item selection behavior while browsing Player Items in the New Releases section
• Restored the Actions button prompt when using the Compare Price feature in New Releases

Career Mode

• Fixed an issue causing CPU Slider settings to revert to default values after restarting the title and loading a save
• Corrected a problem where the wrong club appeared when beginning a Manager Career using an Icon Player
• Adjusted youth prospect height generation for more consistent and realistic player development

Clubs

• Resolved an issue where selecting Objectives opened the FC HUB instead of the intended Objectives menu
• Corrected cases of improperly aligned text across menus

General, Audio, and Visual

• Updated various visual assets including trophies, boots, kits, ad boards, overlays, crests, logos, star heads, hairstyles, stadium elements, banners, flags, scarves, and anthems
• [PC] Fixed certain situations that caused significant frame rate drops after halftime
• Resolved multiple stability-related problems that could lead to crashes or interruptions
• Fixed instances where text failed to display in menus and interfaces

Previously, a major FC 26 update 1.06 added quality of life changes and tweaks. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players have been experiencing several issues with online gameplay. Today’s FC 26 version 1.23 will fix a few of these issues.
