Diablo 2 Resurrected update 11.12 (v2.2.8) released on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox One. According to the official Diablo 2 Resurrected patch notes, the latest hotfix brings some minor changes to the game. Apart from this, D2R patch 11.12 also includes performance improvements.
Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing several issues with the game. Recently, a hotfix was also released.

Diablo 2 Resurrected Patch 11.12 Notes (2.2.8)
- Fixed a crash that could occur when the player was disconnecting or reconnecting to game servers.
- Stability and performance improvements.
- Other minor fixes.
