[Diablo 2] D2R update 1.16 (1.016) released on PS4, PS5, and Xbox One. According to the official D2R 1.16 patch notes, the latest update added various bug fixes and gameplay changes. Apart from this, today’s D2R patch 1.16 (1.016.000) also includes stability fixes.
Previously, an update was released that added queue functionality to consoles. Recently, a hotfix added various fixes and tweaks.
Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are still experiencing login and server issues. Today’s D2R version 1.16 will address a few of these issues. Read more details below.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the ‘Confine Mouse Cursor’ option would re-enable whenever a cinematic is viewed
- Fixed an issue where having Fist of the Heavens bound could impede your ability to pick up items
- Fixed an issue where text to speech was not working properly
