Destiny 2 update 2.61 (6.2.0.1) on PS4, PC, PS5, Xbox One, and PC. According to the official Destiny 2 version 2.61 patch notes, the latest update brings various tweaks and changes to the game. Apart from this, today’s Destiny 2 patch 2.61 (1.056) also includes performance improvements.
Previously, an update 2.46 added quality of life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, some players are still facing several issues with the game. Today’s Destiny 2 version 2.61 will fix a few of these issues.

Destiny 2 Version 2.61 Patch Notes – August 26, 2022
- Fixed an issue where the Quicksilver Storm Exotic Auto Rifle could be obtained with a Power level of 0.
- Fixed a server issue that could cause a delay in rewards arriving in a player’s inventory.
- Addressed a bug where Arc subclasses not receiving correct resilience-based damage reduction in PvE for Warlocks and Titans.
- Added various game crashing bugs.
- Added stability fixes.
- Addressed performance related issues.
- Other minor bug fixes.
