Dead by Daylight update 8.300.100 details are now available for PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official DBD update 8.300.100 patch notes, the latest update balances Nemesis and Dark Lord’s abilities. Apart from this, DBD patch 8.300.100 also includes various bug fixes for audio, characters, maps, and perks.

- Tome 21 Killer Challenge: Resolved an issue where a Tome 21 Killer challenge was blocked by two paid content challenges.
- Core Memory Challenge: Fixed an issue preventing completion of the Tome 20 Core Memory: Terrifying Anamnesis challenge.
Audio
- Female Survivors: Corrected an issue where Female Survivors did not scream when hooked by The Dark Lord.
- The Legion’s Outfit: Fixed incorrect audio for The Legion’s “Last Sleepover” outfit.
Bots
- Flashlight Training: Survivor bots now lose location prediction when blinded.
- Deathslinger Reaction: Survivor bots have slightly slower reaction times against Deathslinger.
Characters
- Renato’s Wrist: Fixed distorted wrist issue when Renato idles in the lobby.
- Good Guy Ability: Resolved an exploit where the Good Guy could stack Slice & Dice near a window.
- Cenobite Summoning: Fixed Cenobite being summoned out of bounds when Lament Configuration was used in the exit gate area.
- Deathslinger’s Weapon: Adjusted Blighted Bounty Hunter outfit weapon to no longer block the player’s screen.

- Raccoon City Police Station: Fixed an issue where the Nurse could blink behind walls.

- The Game (Gideon Meat Plant): Breakable doors no longer overlap blocker doors.
- Mori Finisher Mode: Fixed multiple asset fading issues.

- Deathbound Perk: Resolved activation and UI issues when a Survivor was healed by the Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe medkit add-on.
- Distortion Perk: Fixed missing radial timer on the perk icon during aura reveal.
- Hex: Huntress Lullaby Perk: Cursed status effect now appears after earning tokens.
- THWACK! Perk: Resolved activation issues when using special attacks on dropped pallets.
- Blood Rush Perk: Fixed self-unhooking not activating the perk.
UI
- Good Guy’s Charge Bar: Slice & Dice charge bar no longer visible in Hidey-Ho mode.
- Mori Finisher Icon: Corrected the display of the Mori Finisher icon in the Killer HUD.
- Loading Screen Tips: Removed redundant “facing specific killer” tips after repeated encounters.
- Lobby Softlock: Fixed a softlock occurring when a user leaves the lobby 5 seconds before countdown ends.

- Matchmaking Anti-Cheat: Fixed timeout errors after long sessions.

- Bubble Notifications: Fixed Survivors erroneously seeing Killer bubble notifications.

Previously, a big Dead by Daylight update 5.4.0 was released which added a new Killer (The Onryō) and a new survivor (Yoichi Asakawa). Unfortunately, players are facing various issues with the game. Today’s Dead by Daylight patch 8.300.100 will address a few of these issues.
