Dead by Daylight (DBD) Update 3.23 Patch Notes (8.100.200)

Dead by Daylight update 3.23 (version 8.100.200) details are now available for PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official DBD update 3.23 patch notes, the latest update adjusted the Perk effects for Stridor and Iron Will. Apart from this, DBD patch 3.22 also resolves multiple bug fixes for characters, perks, and game modes.

Perks

Killer – Stridor

• The effect is no longer multiplicative.
• Increases Survivor grunts of pain volume, regardless of Iron Will.

Survivor – Iron Will

• The effect is no longer multiplicative.
• Lowers Survivor grunts of pain volume instead of setting it to zero.

Bug Fixes

2v8 Mode

• Hooked music now plays correctly in a 2v8 Cage.

Survivor’s Innate Skills

• Self-Care ability icon now correctly lit in the dying state.

Aura Reveal SFX

• Plays correctly when being chased by a Killer.

Archives

• Fixed game freeze issue when deselecting an image reward in Tome 20 Mythic’s journal collection.

Audio

• “Replaced by Bot” sound cue now triggers correctly when a Killer disconnects and is replaced by a Bot.

Bots

• Improved pathing to avoid insurmountably steep hills.
• Huntress Bot better at charging her hatchet correctly.

Characters

• Fixed white aura display issue when the Singularity looks at a pod.
• Corrected Knight’s Guard preview icon inconsistency.
• Trapper’s Bear Oil add-on now silences more than one bear trap.
• Fixed floating Survivor issue when hit by Mastermind’s Virulent Bound at the end of self-unhook animation.

Perks

• Fixed Invocation: Weaving Spiders not completing generators above 90% repair progress.
• Specialist perk no longer makes generators impossible to complete.
• Fixed loss of equipped items when crafting a Flash Grenade from Flashbang.
• Dead Hard now gives the Endurance effect if Off The Record is triggered.

Platforms

• Fixed Wraith’s shadow visibility while cloaked from Survivor POV on Switch.

Miscellaneous

• Resolved game freeze issue when the Lich leaves the tally screen before all other users.
• Escape Cake Offering now consistently awards bonus Bloodpoints.

Previously, a big Dead by Daylight update 5.4.0 was released which added a new Killer (The Onryō) and a new survivor (Yoichi Asakawa). Unfortunately, players are facing various issues with the game. Today’s Dead by Daylight patch 8.100.003 will address a few of these issues.
