CS2 Update Details (CS2 Patch Notes) on October 30, 2025

Counter Strike 2 (CS2) update is available to download on PC. According to the official CS2 update patch notes, the latest update enhances movement and sound prediction, refines Retake loadout logic, balances equipment, fixes animation bugs, and boosts stability and performance for smoother gameplay. Additionally, today’s CS2 patch also includes stability fixes.

CS2 Update Patch Notes – October 30, 2025

Gameplay Improvements

Player Movement & Prediction

• Improved player movement prediction when colliding with other moving players.

• Added scope in/out sound prediction to play immediately for the local player.

Retake Mode Updates

Loadout Adjustments

• Retake loadout cards now randomly offer M4A1-S or M4A4 if both are equipped in the CT loadout.

• Added Body Armor to 4v3, 4 Bad Guys Left, and Blind Fire cards.

• Added Dual Berettas to T-side Blind Fire card.

• Flashbang replaced with HE Grenade on CT Enemy Loadout Card.

Weapon & Animation Fixes

• Fixed idle animations for CZ75-Auto, SSG 08, AUG, and Galil AR.

• Improved animation fidelity during demo playback.

Performance & Stability

• General performance improvements.

• Overall stability enhancements.
