August 1, 2023 – New World Update 2.0.2 downtime will begin at 4:00AM PT (11:00AM UTC) on August 2 and last approximately 1.5 hours. It includes fixes to framerates, the Sandwurm Elite Trial, and more.
July 6, 2023 – Season 2 – Blood of the Sands downtime will begin for all regions at 5AM PT (12PM UTC) on July 6. Expected downtime is 2 hours.
May 23, 2023 – New World Update 1.9.4 downtime will begin at 11:00PM PT (6:00AM UTC) on May 23 and and kicks off the Fury of the Spriggan event. Downtime is slated to last approximately 1 hour.
May 5, 2023 – There will be downtime on 5/4 starting 11PM PDT which will last approximately 1 hour. Please see below for the release notes.
Leaderboards
- Fixed an issue with Leaderboard reward processing logic which could cause client performance issues due to repeated notifications.
Seasonal Event
- Wispyblooms now drop 14 Wispybloom Petals, up from seven.
- Crafting Springtide Tokens now requires 3 Wispybloom Petals, down from 5.
- Wispy Wasps now have a 75% chance to drop Wasp Goo, up from a 10% chance.
- Delightful Gift Sack now drops 10 Springtide Tokens, up from 1.
- Joyous Gift Piles now drop 10 Springtide Tokens.
- Wispy Spritz no longer have weight.
- Springtide Tokens no longer have weight.
April 26, 2023 – New World Update 1.9.2 downtime will begin at 11:00PM PT (6:00AM UTC) on April 25.
April 12, 2023 – Maintenance extended for all regions. The new estimated end time is 2 AM PDT / 11 AM CEST. Thank you for your patience.
April 4, 2023 – Season 1 – Fellowship & Fire downtime will begin for all regions at 5 AM PT (12 PM UTC).
Expected downtime is 2 hours.
