December 14, 2023 – Christmas & 10th Anniversary events are here!

All official servers are going down at 10:00 CET

Anticipated downtime is approximately 1 hour.

November 30, 2023 – PC servers will go down at 13:00 CET. Playstation and Xbox servers will go down at 14:00 CET.

Each will take approx. 1 hour.

October 18, 2023 – Game devs are performing maintenance work on our servers across all platforms (including the experimental ones) today at 11:00 CEST. All servers will be unavailable for no more than 30 minutes. We appreciate your patience

October 17, 2023 – All official stable servers on every platform will go down at 10:00 CEST for about an hour. Prepare for some chilling adventures, eerie vibes, and exclusive seasonal items!

June 20, 2023 – PC servers will go down at 13:00 CET. Consoles servers will go down at 14:00 CET. Downtime will take approx. one hour.

June 6, 2023 – Official servers schedule: PC servers will go down at 13:00 CEST. Consoles servers will go down at 14:00 CEST. The servers are projected to be back within an hour.

November 30, 2022 – The PC servers will go down at 15:00 CET and are expected to be back at 16:00 CET. The time for consoles remains the same.

November 14, 2022 – All official servers will go down at 10 AM CET and are estimated to be back within less than 1 hour. The Halloween event will end today.

October 18, 2022 – The console release time for update 1.19 (1.43) is delayed. There is no ETA at this moment. Once the time is set in stone, we will let you know immediately.

September 21, 2022 – The game server maintenance on Nitrado servers across all platforms today.

We recommend that you check for and install any available console updates. Follow the steps below to check for updates manually. Be sure to allow any updates to install completely before beginning your game installation.

Checking for updates on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5

Select the Settings menu, now select System Software Update.
Install any available updates and follow the onscreen steps to complete the update.

Checking for updates on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S

Press the Home button to open the dashboard menu. Now select Settings from the bottom of the menu, then select All Settings.
Select System, then select Updates. Now select Update Console if the option becomes available. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the update.
