Baldur’s Gate 3 version 1.007.600 is rolling out on PS5 and PC. According to the official BG3 1.007.600 patch notes, the latest update focuses on resolving numerous UI, functionality, and crash issues within the Mod Manager, Toolkit, and Gameplay. Apart from this, Baldur’s Gate 3 patch 1.007.600 also improves mod handling, enhances visual consistency, and fixes various in-game cinematic and writing errors, ensuring a smoother and more stable user experience.
Previously, a big update 3 added the bard class, playable gnomes, Swarm AI, and countless other improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, since the last update, players have been facing various issues with the game. Today’s BG3 version 1.007.600 will fix a few of these issues.

MODDING
Mod Manager
- Trending & Filters: Fixed the ‘Trending’ filter to display trending mods correctly. Enabled search filters by default on keyboard and mouse.
- UI & Navigation:
- Improved alignment and spacing across different windows (Mod Issues, mod.io login, Mod Details).
- The Mod Issues window is now wider, and a scrollbar has been added to the Mod Details page for controllers.
- The memory display, button prompts, and warnings now align correctly.
- Functionality & Fixes:
- Fixed the crash when disabling mods with an OnEquip passive weapon.
- The ‘Uninstall’/’Unsubscribe’ buttons now display correctly, and a label for subscribed mods has been added.
- Improved download messaging when multiple mods fail to download.
- Fixed the issue of mods still showing as ‘Downloading’ correctly when returning to the Mod Manager.
- Scrollbar adjustments now correctly reflect mod list changes (e.g., jumping to the top on new pages).
- Selection & Control Improvements:
- Improved controller functionality for loading modded games after mod adjustments.
- Corrected selection retention when navigating back from the Mod Details page.
- Arrow keys and enter key inputs are now properly registered.
- Login & Account:
- Fixed the email address error causing login problems, and ensured smoother transitions when logging into mod.io.
- The tab key now functions on account creation and login screens.
- Visual & Graphical Adjustments:
- Fixed overlapping elements, aspect ratio problems, and ensured correct mod image display.
- Added third-party mods warning to the Main Menu on consoles, especially for split screen.
- Loading & Performance: Improved thumbnail loading speed, and a spinning wheel now appears while mod information is loading.
- Miscellaneous Fixes:
- ‘Update’ button issue fixed after updating mods to the latest version.
- Fixed incorrect mod names and incorrect mod loading order.
- Addressed several localization issues, including Japanese splash screen button cut-offs.
Toolkit
- UUID Object Editor: Fixed formula bar updates for the SpellList column.
- Crash Fixes: Addressed crashes related to visual textures sharing a GTex, project settings window, and deleting multiple items from the Root Template Manager.
- Root Template Manager: Resolved the issue of selecting and deleting multiple items unintentionally.
- Modding Restrictions: Prevented the splash screen from being modded to ensure terms and conditions are always accepted.

Gameplay
- General Fixes:
- Reminded characters how to use ladders.
- Fixed items disappearing when transferred to companions with similar stackable items.
- Items inside destroyed containers now scatter correctly.
- BOOOAL visibility fixed during combat.
- Settings & Options: Ruleset options are now accessible in Custom Mode via the multiplayer lobby.
- Visual Fixes: Addressed horizontal lines when Ambient Occlusion is enabled.
Crashes and Blockers
- Fixed a crash related to missing equipment in modded classes.
- Resolved crashes occurring when returning to the main menu from the multiplayer lobby.
- Fixed a soft-blocker in the Mind Flayer Colony by ensuring characters become Soul Echoes instead of getting stuck.
- Fixed a crash when loading into a playthrough instead of a specific savegame.
Cinematics
- Wyll now appears correctly during his evil ending cinematic.
- Fixed NPC pop-in, camera bugs, and visual errors in various evil ending cinematics (Dark Urge, Karlach, His Majesty).
- Corrected Karlach’s extended teeth display.
Writing
- Updated The Shattered Flail’s description to clarify passive effects.
- Fixed multiple typos and minor text issues across the game.
