Baldur’s Gate 3 update 1.006.900 is rolling out on PS5 and PC. According to the official BG3 1.006.900 patch notes, the latest update resolve various game crashing issues. Apart from this, Baldur’s Gate 3 version 1.006.900 also includes gameplay performance improvements.
Previously, a big update 3 update 1.006.300 added improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, since the last update, players have been facing various issues with the game. Today’s BG3 version 1.006.900 will fix a few of these issues. The upcoming BG3 update 1.007.000 will fix more issues.

BG3 Version 1.006.900 Patch Notes – April 10, 2024
- Addressed a rare code crash occurring during the loading of the Act I region.
- Resolved a rare code crash triggered when hovering over enemies.
- Fixed a potential crash that could occur when loading a saved game during trading.
- Rectified an issue where Us would not leave the party after the tutorial, leading to potential blockage of Short Rest. Further adjustments made to ensure Us is correctly excluded from the party when necessary.
- Fixed item splitting malfunctioning during trade when moving items from companions’ inventories.
- Corrected the context menu to display trade actions for items located in a companion’s inventory.
