Fixed issue where mod size was not shown when resuming downloads after restarting the game.
Fixed problem preventing unfinished downloads from resuming after game restart.
Fixed error handling for failed resumed downloads not appearing in the UI.
Fixed addons incorrectly showing 100% progress during updates.
