Among Us update 1.24 is now available to download on PS4, PC and PS5. According to the official Among Us patch notes, the latest update introduces fixes for various issues, including Crewmates teleporting to tasks, black screen glitches, cosmetic inconsistencies, duplicate prompts on controller, and lobby settings remaining on-screen. Apart from this, Among Us patch 1.24 also includes various gameplay improvements.
Previously, a major update added various balancing, changes, and bug fixes. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Among Us version 1.24 will fix a few of these issues.

Among Us Patch Notes – March 5, 2024
General Fixes:
- Crewmates no longer teleport or ‘snap’ to tasks upon starting.
- Main Menu no longer goes black after swiftly selecting a map from the Practice Menu.
- Various cosmetic adjustments for a better aesthetic experience.
- RB and R1 prompts no longer duplicate on screen when using cams on controller.
- Lobby Settings no longer persist at the start of a match.
- Previewing items in a Cosmicube now displays on selected Crewmate color instead of defaulting to Red.
- [Classic] The Impostor count no longer reduces twice when an ejected Impostor leaves the game.
- [Airship] Crewmates no longer get stuck in climbing animation on ladders after a sabotage ends.
- [The Fungle] Crewmate hats now stay in place when riding the zipline.
- [Practice][The Fungle] Crewmates no longer clip through the map when using ziplines or ladders after a sabotage ends.
- The “You’re Boned” cosmetic icon now correctly appears.
Ongoing Bug Fixes: Our programmers remain vigilant in squashing bugs, with a commitment to continuous improvement. Please report any bugs encountered via support ticket for prompt resolution.
Known Bugs:
- [The Fungle] Crewmates may occasionally leave their hand behind on the zipline.
- [The Fungle] Player’s left hand may not display the correct color when wearing the Right Hand Man skin and using the zipline.
- Some players may experience a Friendcode Fail error after attempting to merge temporary accounts into full accounts.
- Impostors may teleport to a vent near a Crewmate upon completion of the “Clean Vent” task, even if the Impostor wasn’t in the vent initially.
