Remedy Entertainment has released Alan Wake 2 update 1.200.003 details for PS5, PC(1.2.3) and Xbox(1.2.03). According to the official Alan Wake 2 1.200.003 update notes, the latest update makes health items are more accessible and the Painted enemy’s grapple is less damaging. Apart from this, the Alan Wake 2 version 1.200.003 also fixes multiple bugs with achievements, equipment, and localization are fixed.

General Improvements (The Lake House)
- Increased Health Item Availability:
More health items are now available, making it easier to stay in top condition. - Reduced Grapple Damage from Painted Enemy:
Decreased the damage inflicted by the Painted enemy’s grapple attack.
Fixes
- Achievements and Trophies:
- Fixed the ‘Shape of a Man’ achievement/trophy, ensuring it now unlocks correctly.
- Adaptive Trigger Issue:
- Resolved issue with adaptive triggers causing continuous vibrations when using trauma pads or carrying a power core.
- Holstered Shotgun Positioning:
- Fixed a bug causing the shotgun to hover when using the Classic Alan Wake Outfit.
- Objective Visibility Fix:
- Corrected an issue where the “Locate Your Team on Floor -1” objective disappeared after reloading on floor -2.
- Agent Estevez Control Bug:
- Fixed a bug where players could control Agent Estevez during her post-teleport reaction, causing unintended animations.
- Localization Updates:
- Added a missing French translation for an email on floor -2.
- Addressed various issues with localized subtitles and subtitle syncing.
Unfortunately, since the last major Alan Wake patch 1.13, players have been experiencing various bugs and issues. Alan Wake 2 patch 1.2.3 will address a few of these issues. More tweaks and changes are expected with Alan Wake 2 PS5 version 1.200.004.
