Alan Wake 2 patch 1.000.011 details released on PS5, PC and Xbox. According to the official Alan Wake 2 1.11 patch notes, the latest update brings various stability fixes. Apart from this, the Alan Wake 2 version 1.000.011 also includes gameplay performance improvements.

Unfortunetly, since the Alan Wake day 1 patch, players have been experiencing various bugs and issues. Recently, update 1.08 added quality-of-life changes. Today’s Alan Wake 2 patch 1.0.11 will address a few of these issues. More tweaks and changes are expected with Alan Wake 2 update 1.000.012.

Alan Wake 2 Update 1.11 Patch Notes

  • Small localization fixes.
  • Added stability fixes.
  • Added gameplay performance improvements.
  • Other minor tweaks.

The following changes were added previously.

(Xbox Series) -A workaround fix for the issue where the audio cut out intermittently in the Prologue. We are expecting a full fix for this issue in an upcoming update.

ROOM 665:
-Fixed an issue (again) with the Echo scene not aligning and unlocking correctly (this was fixed in the previous update, but Echo hell still persisted)  

LOCAL GIRL:
-Fixed an issue with a mouse (with a big presence) blocking progress.

[PS5 and PC]

  • Addressed various localization issues.

[PC] Significantly friendlier error message when third-party software stops the game from starting.

  • Fixed multiple visual issues
  • Fixed multiple UI-related issues
  • Fixed an issue where players could get stuck in interacts and not exit
