X4: Foundations update 5.10 (Hotfix 1) is available to download on PC(Steam). According to the official X4: Foundations patch notes, the latest update added some minor changes to the game.
Previously, a major update added new changes, fixes, and gameplay improvements. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the release. Today’s X4: Foundations patch 5.10 (Hotfix 1) will fix a few of these issues.

X4: Foundations Patch 5.10 (Hotfix 3) Notes – June 21, 2022
- The most basic online functionality is re-enabled, i.e. you can log in to, and out of, your Egosoft account from within the game.
- You will be able access any paint mods that are in your online inventory, with the same limitations and conditions as before.
- You will NOT be able to build new venture docks or send ships on ventures, and you will not see any menus related to this.
- You will NOT receive any “visitor” ships from other players.
